On Thursday 31 July, 2024,accomopanied by Consul Zhao Hongtao,Chinese Deputy Consul General Wang Fengzhong inspected the Square Kilometre Array Observatory SKA-LOW telescope construction site and facilities,as well as the Murchison Widefield Array(MWA) and Australian SKA Pathfinder Telescope(ASKAP),interacted with Dr. Sarah Pearce, Director of the SKA-LOW, and the representatives from the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization of Australia.

The visit was hosted by SKA Observatory and representatives from DFAT WA office, and other Consular missions from UK, Italy,Japan,France,ROK,Thailand,etc. also paid the site visit.
