On 17 November 2013, the World Food Festival was held in the Government House of Western Australia as part of the celebration of the 150th Anniversary of the Government House. Chinese Consul General Dr. Huang Qinguo and his wife attended the celebration ceremony. China, India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia as well as other 20 countries' consulates in Perth participated in the event. Chinese Consulate General in Perth provided several Chinese traditional cuisine and distributed to tourists with no charge. The delicious Chinese food attracted many people and highlighted in the food festival.
