On May 7, Consul General Fu Lihua visited Western Australia Chinese Chamber of Commerce(WACCC) and held discussions with President Tony Chong and others.

Consul General Fu briefed them on the achievements of China’s development,the relations between China and Australia, and the cooperation between China and Western Australia. Fu stated that China’s implementation of the 15th Five Year Plan brings new opportunity for cooperation between China and WA, and China will leverage it’s advantage to support the development transformation of WA. Fu encouraged the WACCC to continue working as a bridge to promote the understanding and cooperation between China and WA.

Tony Chong introduced the history and development of the WACCC, stated that they will root in the WACCC and dedicate to serving local Chinese businesses, continue promoting the practical cooperation in all fields between Australia and WA.
