From 10 April to 11 April 2016, a delegation led by Procurator-General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China Cao Jianming visited Perth. During his visit, Procurator-General Cao held separate meetings with Australian Attorney-General George Brandis and Minister for Justice Michael Keenan. Attorney-General George Brandis and Minister Michael Keenan also hosted a working lunch in honour of Procurator-General Cao. The two sides made an in-depth exchange of ideas on justice and law enforcement cooperation between the two countries as well as other issues of common concern.
