During the testing operation period of CVASC, personal applicants in WA can lodge their visa applications either to Chinese Consulate General in Perth or to CVASC. Applicants do not need to pay for the service fee to CVASC during testing operation period. But all  travel agents in WA are requested to lodge visa application at CVASC even during testing operation period. The Chinese Consulate General in Perth will not accept visa applications from travel agents any more.

After the transition period, the Chinese Consulate General in Perth will no longer accept visa applications from ordinary passport holders. Applicants are requested to submit their visa applications at CVASC. 

Applicants of WA shall apply for documents authentication in Chinese Consulate General in Perth. The address of Chinese Consulate is 45 Brown Street, East Perth, WA 6004, Australia. The office hours of Chinese Consulate for submission of application is from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm ( Except Australian and Chinese public holidays).
